Cancellation Fee
– If the cancellation is made within 21 days prior to departure date, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the cost of the package fare.
– If the cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure date, the cancellation fee will be 45% of the cost of package fare.
– If the cancellation is made within 5 days prior to departure date, the cancellation fee will be 85 % of the cost of package fare.

Our Responsibility

We will always do our best effort to ensure your tour arrangements are running well and satisfying. However, the locations of adventure trip may be in remote areas or in the wilderness. The events may occur in these places are less predictable and sometimes unexpected being the norm. Despite painstaking planning, such events cannot be taken for granted and there will be some elements of risk-taking as we are dealing with the mighty nature and other elements. Some places are not having the same quality of facility, healthy and safety services that may dictate us to be accustomed for limited of communications. The road travel may be uncomfortable and sometimes unreliable. This means that the itineraries planned should be seen as statement of intention, rather than contractual obligation. Accident, illness, unfavorable climate, disaster, transport difficulties, political instability, flight cancel and delay or other Force Majeure might cause the itineraries are amended or canceled. Nevertheless, we will do everything within our control to minimize the effects of the enforced changes. We do need your understanding if our staffs or local guides make some alterations which are necessary with or without consulting to clients due to above cases.

We will accept liability for only to the extent of any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence. However, we do not accept any liability in contract or in a tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the Force Majeure or other events which are beyond of our control and which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part (including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, inclement weather, riots, fire, floods, government regulations, labor or industrial disputes, Act of God, etc). We will assist you in rescheduling of flights and organizing suitable accommodation, transportation, meals, etc. But all costs will be borne by customers if the circumstances occur.

Voucher / Exchange ORDER
Please issue one voucher for all service required, clearly explaining service to be provided and itinerary should be forwarded with the vouchers and only these detailed service will be provided.

Hotels, car operation and other contractors will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any lost damage, accident or other change of schedule caused or irregularities arising from circumstances beyond their control.

Travel Documents
All visitors to Indonesia must be in possession of a valid passport (+6 months valid) and having proof of onward passage (return ticket). A visa is required for tourists visiting Indonesia from many countries. The visa can be obtained at your point of entry airport (check Indonesia Embassy website for a complete list). Airport visas can be up to 1 month and are non-extendable. Please consult your Embassy for help in acquiring the proper visa before entering Indonesia.

Travel Insurance

You are strongly recommended to purchase your own travel insurance for trip cancellations, hospitalization, medical evacuation, loss of baggage, etc. So please consult with reliable travel insurance companies.
